Accessibility statement

Care websites should work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboards, or larger text.

Our commitment

We build this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. Accessibility is checked as part of our development process, with automated tests and manual keyboard and zoom review.

What we have implemented

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link on every page
  • Full keyboard operability, including the menu, forms, FAQ, and AFCM Assistant
  • Visible focus indicators and focus management in the chat dialog
  • Text and background colours chosen for sufficient contrast
  • Text that reflows at 200 percent zoom without horizontal scrolling
  • Large touch targets on buttons and interactive controls
  • Descriptive alternative text on informative images
  • Forms with visible labels and clear error messages
  • Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your device asks for less motion
  • No autoplaying audio or video and no content that flashes

Known limitations

External services we link to, such as WhatsApp, social networks, and map providers, have their own accessibility practices that we do not control.

Tell us if something is not working

If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, we would genuinely like to know. Email us at support@allforcaremedical.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 876 486 3226, and tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. You can always reach our team by telephone as well; the website is never the only way to reach AFCM.
