About AFCM

What is AllFor Care Medical?

AllFor Care Medical, or AFCM, is a care-support and service-coordination business based in Jamaica. We help individuals and families arrange practical support such as carer visits, transport to appointments, safety devices, online doctor consultations, medicine dispatch, and laboratory coordination.

What services can AFCM help arrange?

We help arrange personal safety devices, carer visits, welfare check-ins, ambulance and patient transport for doctor and hospital visits, appointment reminders, accompaniment, online doctor consultations through independent providers, medicine dispatch and prescription collection where available, laboratory tests and sample collection where available, device setup, and other practical support connected to a care request.

Does AFCM provide medical treatment or advice?

No. AFCM does not provide medical treatment or medical advice. We coordinate and smooth the process between you and appropriate hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, doctors, carers, and transport providers.

Can I arrange support for a family member?

Yes. Many requests come from a son, daughter, or relative arranging support for a loved one, including family living overseas arranging support for someone in Jamaica. Tell us who the support is for and how to reach them, and we coordinate from there.

Services

Can AFCM help arrange a carer visit?

Yes. Tell us what kind of help is needed and how often. We coordinate a carer for regular or one-off visits, which can include practical day-to-day support, welfare check-ins, and accompaniment.

Can I request transport for a doctor or hospital visit?

Yes. We arrange ambulance and patient transport for care-related journeys with appropriate providers, and can add appointment reminders, accompaniment during the visit, and return-home coordination.

Can AFCM help arrange an online doctor consultation?

Yes. We help you arrange online consultations with appropriate independent doctors. The consultation itself is between you and the doctor; AFCM coordinates the arrangement.

Can AFCM help with medicine dispatch?

Where available, we coordinate medicine dispatch and prescription collection with the relevant pharmacy so you or your loved one does not have to make the trip.

Can AFCM help arrange laboratory testing?

Where available, we help organise laboratory tests and sample collection with appropriate laboratories, and coordinate the practical steps around them.

Are field services available outside office hours?

Yes. Our physical offices are open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but field services, operations, and service coordination run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, subject to service, location, and provider availability.

Device and app

What can the AFCM device help with?

The wearable device is designed for everyday emergency use. It has a dedicated help button and supports location functions, so the wearer can request AFCM emergency help within our service scope and our team can respond to the request. We also help with setup and day-to-day use.

Does the device support GPS or location functions?

Yes. The device supports location functions, which help AFCM respond when the wearer requests help.

Does the device have water protection?

The device is designed with water protection for everyday emergency use. If you have a specific situation in mind, speak with our team and we will advise on suitability.

How do I download the Android app?

Use the download button on our Android app page. It downloads the official AFCM APK directly from our website.

How do I install the APK?

Download the APK, open the downloaded file, and allow your phone to install apps from your browser if Android asks. Then follow the prompts. If you get stuck, contact our team and we will walk you through it.

Not yet. For now, the app is available as a direct APK download from our website. We will update the website when a Google Play listing is available.
