This policy covers the public website at allforcaremedical.com, operated by AllFor Care Medical ("AFCM", "we", "our"). Our primary office is 107 Golden Spring, St Andrew, Jamaica, and we also operate offices in Ocho Rios, St Ann, and Port Morant, St Thomas.

The AFCM mobile application and customer systems have their own privacy terms shown inside those services. This page is about the website you are reading now.

2. What this website collects

This website is intentionally light on data collection. It does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

2.1 The contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, parish or area, service of interest, preferred contact method, and your message. This information is sent by email to contact@allforcaremedical.com so our team can respond to you. We ask you not to include medical records, identification numbers, or payment details in the form.

2.2 AFCM Assistant

AFCM Assistant is the small chat helper on this website. Most questions are answered from prepared information stored on our own server. When a question needs interpretation, the text of your question may be processed by Google Gemini, an external AI service, to produce a general answer about AFCM services. Chat conversations are not stored permanently on our server; limited technical logs (such as timestamps and error states, without message content) may be kept briefly for reliability.

Please do not share medical records, symptoms, identification details, payment information, or other private information with the assistant. It is designed for general questions only, and it reminds you of this in the chat window.

2.3 Server logs

Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these only for security and reliability.

3. Cookies and similar storage

The website uses only essential cookies and browser storage. A session cookie protects the contact form against abuse, and the chat uses a short-lived identifier in your browser's session storage to keep the conversation working and to apply fair-use limits. Neither is used to profile you or to advertise, and both expire quickly. Because we use only essential cookies, the site does not show a cookie banner.

Contact-form emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Technical logs are kept for short periods consistent with normal security practice.

7. Your choices

You can contact us without the form at any time by WhatsApp or telephone on +1 876 486 3226, or by email. You can use the whole website without the assistant. To ask about the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email contact@allforcaremedical.com and we will help.

8. The Android app download

Downloading the AFCM Android app from this website is a plain file download. The website does not collect personal information as part of the download. The app itself has its own privacy policy shown inside the app.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the website handles personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
